Debaff Holdings Ltd. approached several times by bailiffs

Bailiffs visited the offices of Debaff Holdings Limited. repeatedly during late March/early April 2010 in order to secure payment for an outstanding Court Order, expiring on the 12th March 2010.

The court order stemmed from a hearing dated 26th February 2010, through which commercial landlords Debaff Holdings made an application to prevent their tenant's claim from progressing. Their tenant, Dynamic Webs Ltd., is attempting to secure compensation for the alleged amount overpaid to their landlord for the service charge. Debaff Holdings' application failed, and so legal costs were awarded to Dynamic Webs Ltd. and a court order was issued to that effect permitting Dynamic Webs LTD. to progress with their claim.

Once the deadline passed a warrant of execution was issued by the Haywards Heath County Court (Haywards Heath bailiff area) to secure payment for the outstanding debt from Judgment Debtor Debaff Holdings Ltd. After several visits by bailiffs to company premises a cheque was paid to the Court.
