Debaff Holdings Ltd. have recently become involved in a dispute with their tenant, Dynamic Webs Ltd, regarding alleged overpayment for service charges.
Debaff Holdings Ltd ( represented by John Joseph of Pearless de Rougemont ) applied to strike out Dynamic Webs Ltd's claim for alleged overpayment of service charges, but this application was dismissed in a hearing dated 26th February 2010. Debaff Holdings Ltd were also ordered to pay all of Dynamic Webs Limited's costs associated with the application. |

| On 15th March 2010 a warrant of execution has been issued by Haywards Heath County Court to Debaff Holdings Limited (Haywards Heath Bailiff Area). This warrant of execution was issued after Debaff Holdings Limited failed to pay legal costs awarded to Dynamic Webs within the timescale specified by the original Court Order ending on 12th March 2010. If payment is not carried out this week, commencing 22nd March 2010, bailiffs will be sent to the premises of Debaff Holdings Limited to recover costs as specified in the Court Order. |
Bailiffs repeatedly visit premises of Debaff Holdings Limited |
During March and early April 2010 commercial landlords Debaff Holdings Ltd. has been visited by bailiffs attempting to secure payment for an outstanding debt.
Debaff Holdings Limited. (commercial landlord Sussex) was subject to a claim made by their tenants Dynamic Webs Ltd. for the alleged overpayment of the service charge. Debaff Holdings Ltd. made an application to strike out this claim, but were unsuccessful in a court hearing dated 26th February 2010. Dynamic Webs Ltd. were awarded associated legal costs and granted permission to claim for the overpaid service charge. Debaff Holdings Ltd. subsequently failed to pay a Court Order within the specified timescale (expiring 12th March 2010), thereby prompting a warrant of execution issued by Haywards Heath County Court.
Debaff Holdings Ltd. were visited by bailiffs several times during late march/early April 2010, and items in their office where levied. On Friday 04.2010 Debaff Holdings Limited. were visited by bailiffs and finally payment was made and avoided the collection of goods.
